Siebe van der Zee, President – Siebe Vanderzee is an international management consultant with more than 20 years of experience in retained executive search, executive performance coaching and cross-cultural consulting. His clientele includes large multinationals corporations as well as medium sized companies, covering multiple industries.
Finding the best talent for the right position; assessing human behavior in a global perspective, Siebe has a strong passion for executive search. Based on guiding principles of integrity and confidentiality, he has developed a wide network of contacts and connections in a variety of industries, throughout the United States and abroad. His expertise is in senior level search assignments in Technology/Semiconductor; Sustainable Energy/Solar; Cybersecurity/Software; Healthcare/Life Sciences and Consumer Products.
Siebe has a well-established record coaching corporate executives to help them elevate their business performance. From fine-tuning existing skills such as teambuilding and problem solving to dealing with advanced cross cultural challenges and executive career transition. Born and raised in the Netherlands, Siebe began his career with Citibank in Amsterdam and subsequently with ING Bank in London, Montevideo and New York. From there, he started his global consulting practice in Scottsdale, Arizona. Since 1992, Siebe serves as Honorary Consul of the Netherlands in Arizona. He holds a Master’s Degree in International Management from the Thunderbird School of Global Management. He has lived and worked in four countries on three continents.
